Simply Sarah: 08/20/13

I've been trying to find a way to start this blog. And I could not come up with any ideas! So God did for me! I'm on my way to Texas as I write this!!! I'm super excited! Let me tell you how it all fell into place! Saturday, Mrs. Krystal asked if I could come to help pack up the trailer and watch the kids, because they had sold it. So it needed to be completely cleaned out. I went over and helped out but she would need some more help Monday so I went over Monday morning too. Well they thought I was great at packing stuff lol. Bro. Heith joked about packing me up and bringing me with them to help unpack and watch the boys so they could get it done faster while they where doing school. He kept saying stuff about it and then he finally said "seriously though, why not? You could come down for the week and help." I was like," I'll do it if my mom and dad would let me go! But I doubt it." We kept packing and after a while more, Bro. Heith said " I wonder what a flight from Dallas to Nashville cost" we all kind of laughed it off, but a few minutes later Heith says "guys I'm serious! Bring me the laptop. I'm looking it up!" ( I dont think he could stand to leave me behind ;) So he looked it up and it was a good price so he called my mom and dad and they both said that was fine! So I helped pack some more and then I went home to pack for a week in Texas!!! We had breakfast at my house at about 7-7:30 this morning, and left about 8:30. We'll stop at a hotel in Texarkana tonight (which is in Arkansas, i believe.) and we'll drive to Texas tomorrow! I'm super excited! I get to ride an airplane home so I get to check two things off of my bucket list! So please just pray that we have a safe trip and that I can be a blessing to the Fussners! God knows they've been a huge blessing to me and my family! (This trip is just one example!) Here's some pics of some of our road trip so far 😊

We've stopped a couple of times now. We stopped once to eat lunch ,then we stopped for gas, we stopped at a gas station so Heith could sleep for a few minutes but Krystal ended up driving some because Heith was so tired 😴. She drove quite awhile but when we stopped for gas again Krystal had had enough of driving and pulling the trailer behind us :) I think she was just a bit nervous because it was her first time pulling a trailer and she was on a very busy interstate lol. She did very well though I you ask me ;). Heith had gotten a little over an hour of sleep so he began driving again. I've slept on and off so it hasn't seemed like we've been in the car practically all day so that's good :).

We're now in Arkansas! Only... 99 miles to go... Ugh lol

It's a pretty stretch of road though!

We've gone from the 70 something degree weather in Carthage to 90 something degrees here! But I have been saying I'm not ready for summer to be over yet! So ill get my last bit of hot weather in before I have to start school back :)
